There is a bit of airliner history in the name...Smoked Serrano-Jalapeno Hot Sauce. Smoked mesquite flavor is very noticeable in this unique sauce that also blends serranos, jalapenos, chipotle, and two other green chilies. Slightly chunky, this sauce works as a salsa, addition to hearty meals and soups and as a great dip when added to cream cheese. To make dip, mix one bottle of sauce with one 8 ounce package of cream cheese and process in your food processor.
