Tropical Island - Pineapple Jalapeno
This was originally made as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers and conch fritters at the restuarant. The customer's started putting it on everything. Many of them wanting to know if they could get some to take home. A very tasty and unique blend of Pineapples, Jalapenos, Apricots, Molasses, and while the chef can't give it all away. A little does goes a long way with Fish, Seafoods, Poutrly, Pork, Ham, Steaks, Kabobs, grilled vegetables etc... Awesome for basting on the grill !! Excellent as a marinade !!

JAN. 2001 !! This Sauce starts off SWEET then gets HOT!! Excellent with Ribs and Chicken wings or jazzin up Chili, BBQ Sandwichs, Burgers, Hot Dogs Etc... Made with Jalapenos, Cayennes, Molasses, Cane Sugar, with a little of this and a little of that. So if you like it SWEET and HOT this is the HOT SAUCE for you!!
