Carnitas en Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ to 2 lbs. Pork butt
• Water
• 2 Tbsp Cooking oil
• ½ medium onion, cut in half
• 1 large garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crushed
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 ½ Tbsp flour
• 1 cup "Ring of Fire Tomatillo Sauce"
• 1 jar of Coyote Cocina's "Mark's Green Chile Sauce"

Directions: Place meat in a 3-quart non-stick saucepan. Add water to cover, onion, garlic, salt, oregano and cumin. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2 hours and until meat is tender. Uncover and cook in high heat until water is gone. Add cooking oil. Fry meat until turns light brown. Sprinkle with garlic salt and flour. Fry additional 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add "Ring of Fire Tomatillo Sauce" & Coyote Cocina's "Mark's Green Chile Sauce". Cook additional 10 minutes in low heat. Serve with a side of steamed white rice, make flour tortilla burritos and top with sour cream if desired. This is just to drool for! The flavor just lingers in your mouth and brings you back for more!
