"Lobster Thermidor"
Total microwave cooking time: 14 minutes
Serves 4.


Ingredients: To Prepare: In glass casserole, cook butter on Roast for 1 ½ minutes or until melted. Stir in mushrooms and onion. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour; add cream, salt, garlic and Fiesta "Chipotle Mustard", stirring well. Cook on Roast for 5 minutes or until thick; stir once during cooking. Mix in lobster, Parmesan cheese and sherry. Top with bread crumbs. Cover; cook on ROAST for 5 minutes or until hot. Serve over rice.

Salsa Kiss presents:

"Chili con Carne"
Total microwave cooking time 1-2 hours.
3 quart covered glass casserole dish.


Ingredients: To Prepare: In glass casserole, cook ground beef on roast (microwave) for 6 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except the salsa. Cover with plastic wrap. Insert a temperature probe into liquid. Cook on high; heat and hold at 180 (f) degrees for 1-2 hours or until flavors are combined. Serve with tortilla chips and top with Mark Miller’s "Roasted Corn and Black Bean salsa". Makes 4 servings.

Salsa Kiss presents:

"Tequila Steak"
Microwave cooking time: 16 minutes.
Serves 4.

Ingredients: Directions: Brush steaks with Café Tequila "Steak Sauce" and place in baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on Roast for 8 minutes. Add mushrooms, pepper, and onion; recover. Cook on roast for 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
