"Pico de gallo"
The world famous "Salsa Fresca".

Ingredients: To Prepare: Mix tomatoes, onion, cucumber, radishes, cilantro and "Pain is Good","Batch #114 Jalapeno Salt". Squeeze limejuice over vegetables. Add salt to taste; stir. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Makes about 2 ¼ cups.

Salsa Kiss presents:

"Fiery Steak Strips with Vegetables"
Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Cut meat in 1 ½ x ¼ strips. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over hight heat. Add meat strips. Cook until browned. Reduce heat. Add green pepper, onion, hot sauce and garlic. Cook until vegetables are limp. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Add "Habanero Kiss" Hot Sauce to taste. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Salsa Kiss presents:

"Carnitas en Salsa Verde"
Pork in Green Sauce lingering sensations.

Ingredients: Directions: Place meat in a 3-quart non-stick saucepan. Add water to cover, onion, garlic, salt, oregano and cumin. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2 hours and until meat is tender. Uncover and cook in high heat until water is gone. Add cooking oil. Fry meat until turns light brown. Sprinkle with garlic salt and flour. Fry additional 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add "Ring of Fire Tomatillo Sauce" & Coyote Cocina's "Mark's Green Chile Sauce". Cook additional 10 minutes in low heat. Serve with a side of steamed white rice, make flour tortilla burritos and top with sour cream if desired. This is just to drool for! The flavor just lingers in your mouth and brings you back for more!
