"505" Southwestern Kitchens presents:

"Green Chile Stew"
Serves 6.

Ingredients: To Prepare: In a large pot, cook meat, onions, beef bouillon and pepper in oil until meat is done (no pink). Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serve hot in bowls with tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.

"Huevos Rancheros"
Serves 4.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350. Place 2 tortillas on warm serving plate. Cook eggs to your liking. Place 2 eggs on tortillas. Top eggs with "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce" and cheese. Set plates in oven just until the cheese melts. Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.

"505" Southwestern Kitchens presents:

"Southwestern Pot Pie"
Serves 6 - 9.

Ingredients: To Prepare: In a soup pot, combine water, carrots, peas, celery, onions, mushrooms, chicken bouillon, and chicken. Boil on high heat for about 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. In a separate small pot, melt butter on medium heat until it starts to bubble. Add flour and stir briskly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add flour mixture to pot of boiling veggies. Stir with a wire whisk until all the lumps have disappeared. Add "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce" and mix. Serve in bread bowls and top with cheese if desired.
