"505" Southwestern Kitchens presents:

"Tortilla burger"
Serves 6.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Heat oil in deep pan on high. Place each corn tortilla in oil for 30 seconds use long tongs and beware of hot oil! - until puffed up slightly and crisp. Lay tortillas flat on paper towels. In a separate sauce pan heat refried beans, set aside. In medium bowl, combine ground beef and 4 oz. 505 Southwestern salsa and mix well. Shape mixture into 5" round patties. In skillet over high heat, cook patties 4 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Keep warm. To serve, place a tortilla on a plate, spread with refried beans, top with some shredded lettuce and shredded cheese, then a beef patty. Pour some "505 Southwestern Salsa" on top, then sprinkle with more cheese. Repeat above process on 5 more plates.

"Ring of Fire" presents:

"Scampi Fiero"
Serves 2.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Melt butter in sauté pan. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink. Then add "Ring of Fire Habanero Hot Sauce" & Worcestershire sauce. Stir until hot sauce coats shrimp evenly. Serve immediately with garlic bread or warm baguette sliced rounds. Garnish with spig of parsley. Note: Great over linguini as an entrée.

* Sauté precooked shrimp until warmed through. Do not overcook or shrimp will be tough.

"Ring of Fire" Kitchens presents:

"Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Marinade"
Serves 2 cups of marinade.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Whisk in a bowl "Ring of Fire Chipotle & Roasted Garlic" Hot Sauce, whiskey, and olive oil. Place meat in a resealable bag and pour marinade over meat. Seal bag and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning bag over every 15 minutes to marinate meat evenly. Remove meat and discard bag and marinade. Grill or broil meat to desired wellness.
