"Bandana Bandito" presents:
"Spicy Guacamole" (Kosher)
Serves 4 cups.
Ingredients:
- 6 ripe avocados
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 3 tbs. "Bandana Bandito Green Chili Verde"
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic salt
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- ¼ cup onions finely diced
To Prepare: Mash all ingredients together. Add avocado seeds to mixture. Chill 8 or more hours before serving.

"Ring of Fire" presents:
"BBQ Chicken Pizza"
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 Ready made individual Pizza crusts
- 6 tbs. "Ring of Fire Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce" (Original or
Hot)
- ½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced or shredded
- ½ a tomato, sliced very thin
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced, about 4 slices
To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°. Spread 2 tbs. of "Ring of Fire
Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce" on each pizza crust. Place a layer of tomato, red onion and chicken on each crust. Drizzle
the remaining BBQ sauce; 1 tbs. on each slice of pizza. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Put pizzas in oven and bake for 7-10
minutes.

"505" Southwestern Kitchens presents:
"Southwestern Broccoli Casserole"
Serves 6.
Ingredients:
- 4 heads fresh copped broccoli-steamed for 10 minutes and drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 16 oz. "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce"
- 1 cup Sour cream
- ½ cup slivered almonds
To Prepare: Combine all ingredients except cheese and almonds in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at
350 for 30 to 40 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with almonds and continue to bake until almonds are
roasted but not burnt!
