Serves 2 cups.
Ingredients:
To Prepare: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve
with fresh vegetables, chips, or breaded chicken tenders.

"505" Southwestern Kitchens presents:
"Avocado balls a la Green Chile Sauce"
Serves 8 - 10.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pkg. Cream cheese, 8 oz.
- ½ small onion minced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 medium ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 16 oz. "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce", strained
To Prepare: Mix cream cheese with a wooden spoon, stir in the avocado, onion, nuts, garlic powder and "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce". Form into a ball and sprinkle
with parsley. Serve with crackers and tomato wedges.

"Ring of Fire" presents:
"Apple Walnut BBQ Beans"
Serves 4 1/2 cups.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Granny Smith apples, peeled & diced
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- 1 tbs. Butter
- 1 can (15 oz.) small white beans, undrained
- ¾ cup "Ring of Fire Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce" (Original or
Hot)
- 2 tbs. Brown sugar
- ½ cup applesauce
- Salt or taste
To Prepare: Sauté apples, onion and walnuts in butter for about 2 minutes. Add beans, "Ring of Fire Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce", brown sugar, applesauce and
salt. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
