Serves 2 cups.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or breaded chicken tenders.

"Avocado balls a la Green Chile Sauce"
Serves 8 - 10.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Mix cream cheese with a wooden spoon, stir in the avocado, onion, nuts, garlic powder and "505 Southwestern Green Chile Sauce". Form into a ball and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers and tomato wedges.

"Apple Walnut BBQ Beans"
Serves 4 1/2 cups.

Ingredients: To Prepare: Sauté apples, onion and walnuts in butter for about 2 minutes. Add beans, "Ring of Fire Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce", brown sugar, applesauce and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
